Brendan Rogers
A 2-time Emmy Award-winning director and producer whose first memories were on studio backlots, where he experienced the rise and fall of Hollywood East. After completing his first feature film, Flashback, Brendan co-founded And You Films and continues to pursue Florida-based filmmaking as And You’s Head Director, Creative Director of the Spooky Empire Film Festival, a board member of Reel Dreams And You, and an esteemed member of the DGA. Since And You’s inception, Brendan has witnessed the growth of the company’s YouTube Channel to over 140k subscribers, his short Guard Dog won a Gold Telly Award, and his second feature Bubba the Redneck Werewolf streamed on Hulu for a year.

Will Phillips
An Emmy-winning writer and producer, as well as a graphic designer, VFX artist, and editor. After earning a B.A. in English and a Theater Minor from Stetson University, Will went on to co-found And You Films and continues to hone his storytelling craft through multiple lenses. As Head Writer and one of And You’s producers, Will has contributed to every project the studio has put out, including feature films Flashback and Bubba the Redneck Werewolf, as well as the Emmy-winning educational short The Library…And You. Will also lends his talents to Reel Dreams And You as its Vice President and as the Technical Director of the Spooky Empire Film Festival.

Aléa Figueroa
A classically trained actor, Emmy-winning producer, and proud dog mom of three. After working as an actor on studio projects such as Magic Mike 3, Cobra Kai, The Right Stuff and Ballers, she realized she had more control as a producer, able to create on-set environments that are safe for everyone. Alongside her fellow producers at And You Films, Aléa saw the company's YouTube Channel grow to over 140k subscribers with their comedic and parody short films, all while building a thriving corporate video business. Aléa also serves as the Film Festival Director of the Spooky Empire Film Festival and President of Reel Dreams And You.
Nathaniel Falk
Office Manager, Assistant Director
Nathaniel Falk is a writer, assistant director, and occasional actor. While working on his Creative Writing B.A. at the University of Central Florida, Nathaniel took a handful of screenwriting classes and fell hopelessly in love with visual storytelling. After graduation, he was enlisted by And You Films as their Office Manager, Social Media Director, and one of the team’s writers. Nathaniel also functions as the Screening & Programming Director of the Spooky Empire Film Festival and Director of Grant Management for Reel Dreams And You.
Khalil Mckechnie
Assistant Camera Coordinator
Khalil Mckechnie is a director, assistant camera coordinator, and editor. After graduating F.I.R.S.T. Institute in 2022 with a degree in Digital Film & Technology and a passion for directing, he became the Assistant Camera Coordinator for his hometown’s video production team, And You Films. Khalil has since worked for And You on numerous projects and events, serving clients such as the DeLand Breakfast Rotary, the Krewe of Amalee, and the Spooky Empire Film Festival.
