“Remembering Innsbruck: The Story of the 1979 Innsbruck Avalanche”

And You Films was enlisted by Stetson University to create a documentary memorializing the 1979 Innsbruck avalanche that took the lives of three Stetson students, ensuring that the tragedy and those involved would never be forgotten. And You traveled across Florida, Georgia, and Innsbruck (Austria) interviewing survivors, rescue workers, and friends and family of the victims - as well as current Stetson students and faculty - to compile all perspectives of the event into a comprehensive feature film that honors the lives taken, the journey of healing walked by those left behind, and a University’s drive to preserve the memory of its past.

Project Goal: Preserve the memory of a time-lost tragedy on behalf of Stetson University to ensure the event’s victims and survivors would not be forgotten.
